Do you ever find it difficult to quiet your mind despite desperately wanting to do so? If so, you are not alone. There are things you can do to make the wheels stop spinning. It is just a matter of learning how. The best way to do it is with a group of like-minded people and with the help of some experience instruction and guidance. Come meditate with us for 30 minutes a week and see what it does for your peace of mind.
Each Class $4; $2 seniors/students/unemployed; members free.
