Kadampa Buddhism - the path of wisdom and compassion

Kadampa Buddhism is a Mahayana Buddhist school founded by the great Indian Buddhist Master Atisha (982-1054 AD). His followers, known as Kadampas, integrate all of Buddha's teachings into their meditation practice and use this wisdom and compassion to transform daily activities into the path to enlightenment.
